Andy Begun has over 25 years of experience representing commercial real estate developers, owners, tenants, lenders, and equity investors in a wide range of real estate transactions, including acquisitions and sales, leasing, project development, joint ventures, real estate secured financings and credit enhancements, loan workouts and debt restructuring, and the origination, servicing, and defeasance of securitized real estate loans.

Andy additionally specializes in the representation of construction and permanent lenders under Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and similar conventional and multifamily affordable housing loan programs, including bond and low-income housing tax credit transactions.
